Rates and Policies for Aspenwinds Condos

Rate Information:

• The following rates apply for up to 4 persons. For more than 4 persons, there is an additional $10 per person per day, or $60/week. Maximum capacity may not be exceeded.
• Two night minimum preferred
• Three night minimum on Holidays
• Applicable Colorado taxes total 8.8%
• There is a $50 cleaning fee (additional $25 charge for monthly stays )
• Pets allowed in some units, with agreement to Association/Owner rules
• Pets require an additional $25.00 cleaning fee and a $150.00 pet damage security deposit
• No RV's, boats or trailers are allowed parked in the complex

*High Season is 11/23 -11/28, 12/18 -1/06, 3/01- 3/27 and other Holidays.


Deposit and Payments:

• A deposit of 50% of the rate reserves a unit. The balance amount  is due two weeks prior to your date of arrival.
• We do not take credit cards.
• Personal checks or money orders should be payable to "Aspenwinds" and
  mailed to:

• Upon receipt of your balance payment, you will receive an access code for the unit which allows you to enter the unit at any time of arrival after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
  


Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits are fully refundable until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival
• Deposits will not be refunded for later cancellations unless the unit is fully re-booked.
