To Reserve a Condo

• Once you've chosen an available unit, call or e-mail Cyndi, and she'll hold the unit for you.
• Send your deposit to:

• We will send confirmation for your reservation once deposit is received.
• Upon payment of the balance, you will receive condo access information.

Directions and Check-in Information

• Click on Directions. Units are west of downtown in the Pagosa Lakes area, just off Hwy 160.
• You need not go to another location to pick up keys. You will simply let yourself in when you arrive, using information provided to you.
• Check-in is 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out is 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.
